Shipping & Returns
Hello, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt. However, we can only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please contact us first to discuss the problem you have.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for returned item and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be posted to your credit card account within 25-30 days after we received the returns.
For exchange, please remember to write the ORDER NO. and the reason for the return on the package. You can return items within 10 days since you receive the products, and before that, please e-mail us to get return address. They need to be returned with their original package and we will be happy to refund or exchange.
1．Please Contact us first to explain the reason for return and get the return authorization and return-to address.
2．When returning goods, please be sure to wrap the package carefully as damages/losses to the goods during transit back to us are at the customer's risk. Please include the following information with your return: product Code/product name, bill-to name, address, ship-to name, address, order number and detailed reason for return.
3．All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. Our store is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.
After we get your returned parcel, we will notify you about your returned parcel. And then you will need to place another order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please be notified only damaged or faulty products can be returned for exchange. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted or you can not get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours after placing the order. But we may have to charge you a little handling fee if you cannot offer appropriate cancellation reasons. Don't worry! Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can do to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.
Postage is not refundable. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Return may take one to two weeks to process and at least one month for the credit to appear on your account.
